JU Cylinder Block

The cylinders of an engine block are considered the most important part of an engine. It is responsible for the compression of the air-fuel mixture and power generation of the engine. So that’s why Jindal Udayog keeps in mind its importance and manufactured cylinder block with aluminum which is used in order to obtain a less weight component and performance improvement. In the aluminum block, cast iron or steel sleeves are used on the cylinder. Aluminum blocks help maintain uniformity of temperature due to more thermal conductivity.
